Professor Helena Teede MBBS FRACP PhD
Professor Teede is the Director, Monash Applied Research Stream, School of Public Health & Preventive Medicine - Monash University, Head - Diabetes and Vascular Medicine Unit, Southern Health and a NHMRC Practitioner Fellow. She is an Endocrinologist in active clinical practice.
Her interests focus on lifestyle/obesity impact on reproductive and metabolic women’s health. She is also committed to translation of evidence into practice.
Helena is President Elect of the Endocrine Society of Australia, on the Diabetes Australia Victoria Board and the NH&MRC Health Care Committee and sub-committees including the National Evidence Translation Committee.
